Macseal is a light weight, fire rated plaster which is designed as a permanent system of preventing the spread of flame from area to another where services penetrate fire walls and floors. Macseal will provide a load bearing seal when used with suitable reinforcement. Macseal is commonly used in multi-storey building, factories, hospitals, airports, power ststions and industrial sites. Macseal special formulation prevents shrikage and cracking.
